Eligibility for Return

 Branded Products 

  • Only items with manufacturing defects are eligible for a refund 
  • Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt. 
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.  

Unbranded Gift Items 

  • Only items with manufacturing defects are eligible for a refund 
  • Items must be returned within 3 days of receipt. 
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. 

Exchanges: 

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we shall replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us at info@thewhitenotebook.com for assistance. 
  • For exchanges of other items, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. 

 

Damaged or Defective Items: 

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@thewhitenotebook.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. 

 

Late or Missing Refunds: 

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account or credit card statement. 
  • Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Initiating a Refund: 

 

  1. Contact Customer Service: 
  • Email our customer service team at info@thewhitenotebook.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. 
  • Our team will provide you with return instructions. 

2. Package Your Return: 

  • Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. 

3. Pickup for Your Return: 

  • Our delivery executive will pick up the item from the delivery address provided by you at the time of order. 

 Processing Your Refund: 

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. 
  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
